CKEditor 4.3.3 Released

We would like to announce the release of CKEditor 4.3.3. This is another minor bug-fixing release which follows our last major release, CKEditor 4.3, that introduced the amazing Widget System. CKEditor 4.3.3 includes a couple of enhancements for various widget aspects as well as some plugin and browser-specific fixes.

Widget Enhancements

Among CKEditor widgets that are currently available, most changes were introduced to the Enhanced Image plugin. Among other things, its integration with our content filtering system (Advanced Content Filter) was greatly enhanced and the requiredContent property for its dialog window fields can now be properly defined.

If you are looking for a modern, sleek, and well-performing image plugin with such capabilities as image captions or drag and drop support that can be easily integrated with a file uploader, make sure you check this widget!

Other Fixes

CKEditor 4.3.3 adds a few corrections for working with table cells and rows. An issue with CKEditor being too greedy when discovering link anchors on the host page was also fixed. As is usually the case, this release also fixes some browser-specific errors — this time for Internet Explorer and WebKit/Blink-based browsers.
