xml request error when browsing

Just downloaded 2.2. enabled the browser, yet when i browse, i get this error. any help?

I get a similar error. The error I get when I open the browse server is:
XML request error: Forbidden (403)
I'm using firefox 1.5 I get the same error with IE6
I'm using windows XP.

So it's clear that it's a problem in your server, it seems that it doesn't allow to serve .xml files so you might need to change it to another extension or turn it into a .php file and just add a header to change the content type.

Search this forums as other people has previously explained their problems and solutions.
