why no "rel" field for the image link dialog?

In CKeditor v4.0.1, I noticed that there added a new option of "rel" field on the dialog for text link.

But, if you want to set link when inserting image, there is no this "rel" field on the "insert image" dialog.

Why not? Please also add this "rel" field for image link dialog.
