Ok, cause I prefer it to mucking about with the internals of an add-on product, I made a custom configuration file, and pointed fckeditor to it. That worked.
But then I wrote a plugin. If I put the plugin within the fckeditor/edit/plugins directory, it all works
BUT, if I try to put it in a different fule structure, it fails to load my plugin. Mycustom config file looks like:
// add the plugin...
var sOtherPluginPath = '/fckeditor_extensions/plugins/filemanager';
FCKConfig.Plugins.Add( 'filemanager', 'en', sOtherPluginPath ) ;
then it has a new toolbar set, which adds the button for my plugin. But that fails, because the plugin didn't load.
What have I missed?
thanks,
andy
