trouble with fckeditor missing spaces HELP!!!

this has been reported here before :

and it was closed as fixed but seems like this is still
randomly happening
Some example :

this phrase

I use Perforce rather extensively and would like to
make something use Perforce rather than CVS or
SubVersion. I realize that there is no existing Perforce


after pressing enter key transforms into this other one :

notice the missing spaces between "use" and "Perforce"
and also between "is" and "no"

i tried the phrase in the fckeditor demo which is on the http://www.fckeditor.com page and there it works ok.
i suppose its some configuration issue
im using fckeditor into a php page
can anyone help me please????
