toolbar set "BasicNew" doesn't exist

I have updated to the new version just 30 mins ago and when I try to use it I get the following error "toolbar set "BasicNew" doesn't exist"

I have tried all the soloutions but I am stumped!

Wow, you've tried all solutions within 30 minutes and expect us to help you with minimum information.

Which solutions have you tried? Did anything help a little bit?
In your search to solve your problem, where did you get stuck?
Which parts of the manual have you read and tried?

And what is the toolbar BasicNew?
In my fckconfig.js this toolbar doesn't exist, so your error seems logical to me

In my config, there is a no basicnew either, thats what has stumped me. I have tried all the usual fixes for thissort of problem and yet it still tells me the same thing.

I installed and got the error, then googled around and found people with similar problems, so I used the solution they got working and yet nothing...
