I'm on a Mac OS X 10.8.3, and on Chrome 26.0.1410.65 and it works. I think if CKEditor didn't work on Macs, we'd be inundated with Mac support requests. What CKEditor version are you using? And are you using it in a particular setup or CMS. If you are using it in a CMS like Drupal, are you using a third-party theme? Have you made any modifications to CKEditor's core code? Do you have additional plugins installed?
I have same or similar problem. I am on OS X 10.9.1 with Chrome version 33.0.1750.117. CKEditor is installed on DNN 7.2.
The toolbar is showing but all the buttons are rendering incorrect making it impossible to use. Work OK in Safari and Firefox from what I have seen so far.
It´s sad since Chrome is my favourite browser and I think CKEditor probably is the best HTML-editor for DNN.
Could you report a ticket on http://dev.ckeditor.com? Attach a screenshot, CKEditor configuration and everything else we may need to reproduce it. For example - if it happens only in presence of some stylesheets, then we'd need them too.
I will report a ticket later. But I have seen another place on the same site that has nothing to do with the editor where Chrome is not rendering correct. So it might be a Chrome or Mac OS X problem. I will investigate a little more before posting.
The toolbar is rendering correct in this editor with Chrome.
Hi reinmar,
I just want to drop a message and inform that it seems like updating Mac OS X to the latest version 10.9.2 which now is available solved the problem with CKEditor DNN toolbar buttons not rendering correct in Chrome on MacBook Pro Retina. It seems like this was a retina display in combination with Mac OS X and Chrome related problem.
/Christer
I thought it was due to the OS X upgrade since it worked after upgrade. But I now realize that it seems to be related to the level of zoom of the browser window. At some zoom level the toolbar buttons render correctly but not at other. And maybe this only is on a retina display.

Toolbar doesn't show correct on mac os X in Chrome
I have tried both clearing cache, logging out from Google account and I have even re-installed Chrome on my MacBook Pro. Nothing helped. Same problem.
Works with Google Chrome on my iPAD.

Google fonts
Hi reinmar,
I have not recieved any response to my question below in the forum. Hopefully you can help. Thanks!
According to to forum thread at ckeditor.com you should edit the config.js file
http://ckeditor.com/forums/CKEditor/Google-fonts-for-beginners#comment-130905
I am not able to find the config.js file in the CKEditor directory. Where is it located? Or can it have another name?
