Is there a way to set the toolbar width and height?

Hello,

My text editor is set to width 250px and height 250px.

It makes the toolbar look all squished up as you can see here:



Is there a way to set the toolbar width and height to something different?

For example toolbar 500px x 300px and textarea 250px x 250px ?
