teaser break not working

I am using the latest CK Editor. I have the teaser break button and the page break button showing and I can insert a page break in the text in the editor text panel. So the break is there. But when I look at the page on the website, the teaser does not show.

However the page break does work. If I insert a page break on the page, it does show up when I look at the page.

Can someone tell me how to make the teaser break work?

I had to disable Wysiwyg in order for the teaser and page break buttons to show up on the editor panel.
