spreadsheet as good as FCKEditor ?

Does there exist an as well made spreadsheet as FCKEditor ?

I search a solution, in javascript, or DHtml, or java, or activeX... to have a beautiful and useful spreadsheet, as good as FCKEditor !! Does it exists in the whole world ??
