site styles overriding ck editor styles

I've noticed that my stylesheet tends to override ckeditor's when I define styles for <td> or <th>. Anyone experience this?

Nevermind, I got around the issue by moving my stylesheet id's around.

Opposite question: how can I apply my styles to the editor? I want to apply classes to elements, then have the results show in the editor.
