That will be quite tricky. The easiest way is if you add the php code before saving the file and striping it when editing

wow, am i the only one coding for database stuff, session_start, include at the very top of a php file, BUT still want to be able to edit this php page with fckeditor. maybe i can dig in the code of fckeditor to tell it to not touch anything above <html>? it will be difficult you think?
