restoring hyperlinks, from a beginner

Hello. I'm very much a beginner with a simple question on restoring hyperlinks. Sorry I don't know the version of FCK editor I have. My webmaster set me up with it this year so I could run my site, so I assume it's the version most recent before June, 2009. Anyway, I accidentally erased a link and want to restore it which I know is simple. I have highlighted the text that I want to restore as a hyperlink, gone to the hyperlink command icon, clicked on that, and a link command box appears. What I need to know is what to type in a command box for the url. I suppose that's the address of the page within my site that I want to link to. My webmaster wants to charge me $25 for this but I know this can be done in a few clicks of the mouse. I hope this is sufficient. What should I do?
