remove defualt <p> tags

Hi,
Is there any way to prevent the default <p> tags from being input into every form?

Is there also a way to start the editor in "View Source" mode?

this seems to be the most common problem and no one ever replies to these topics. I've looked at at least 10 of them and no replies??? whats going on?

Open fckconfig.js and change p to br in this lines:
FCKConfig.EnterMode = 'br' ;      // p | div | br
FCKConfig.ShiftEnterMode = 'p' ;   // p | div | br
