and i install the plugin: http://ckeditor.com/addon/bbcode
but When i try to set the size of "foo", it produce "=72pxfoo" instead of "[size=72]foo[/size]".

By default BBcode plugin
By default BBcode plugin works with percentage values.
You can download CKEditor from github https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor-dev, apply change mentioned in https://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/10591 and then build editor according to http://docs.ckeditor.com/#!/guide/dev_build
If you don't want to make any changes please have a look at bbcode.html and use percentage font sizes as in sample.
Please note that bbcode has no standard defined thus bbcode plugin is more of a starting point for developers who want to adjust it to their needs then working for every possible case solution.
