When I PASTE FROM TEXT, the entire thing comes encosed in 1 <p> tag. And pargraphs are seperated by <br/>
How do I make it so that the paragraphs are automatically seperated by the <p> tags?

yup
go to the "js" folder and open the file "fckeditorcode_ie.js" find <br> and replace that with </p> (there is only one instance of this).
This makes each line as we want it with <p> tags instead of <br>. The only issue is that under each <p>paragrapgh of text</p> it automatically inserts a blank paragraph (ie <p> </p>) if you see what I mean so it ends up looking too spaced out. The user though would just delete the white space instances. This is still a far better option than the whole thing set within one <p> tag.
