open/save file buttons?

I am new to this program. I have installed the program to my web. I could make the sample file with php working. However, I couldn't find the bottons to open or save the file/document I want to edit. I thought these should be the basic bottons for an editor. Can anyone one tell me where did I do anything wrong? How can I add open/save bottons to this program?

Thank you for your info. I have installed the plugin LFO. I could add the icons on the program, however, I couldn't get the file broswer work. saul11, have you installed before? Can you share your setup with me?
