opening file manager browse window

I wan to open the file manager browse window direct from a normal html page, can some one point me in the right direction

ie what i need in the page.

I should say I am using asp.

i really just want a link that opens this directly as a new window rather than having to go directly to link and then browse server...

this must be possible
