i´ve read this one. but i´m not talking about the enter mode, what i mean is that FCK editor generates <p> tags without an <enter> or something...i´m looking for a way to "disable" <p> tags...
Starting from a blank textarea, what exactly do you do before you see the paragraph tags appear? I've set enter mode to insert div tags and it works but if I use a header tag, it will still follow that up with a paragraph tag. Is that what you mean?
in my actual trouble case: after switching from code view to WYSIWYG and back the code then starts and ends with this <p>. i need to get rid of them, they shoot my layout in zen-cart, products cannot be bought anymore, because the link to our shopping cart is no longer clickable. also the "larger image" and "wishlist" links do not work properly after FCK produced those <p>´s...
Look into using XSL to transform XHTML generated by the editor into any pattern you want. Search this forum for XSL and you will find links with examples.

When I try tbat, I don't see any paragraph tags being inserted. Have you made any modifications? Is there some difference between what you are using and what you downloaded from this site?
Re: no more <p> tags please
