newbie please help with installation

hello good pple of the forum, i am totally new to using fckeditor, i 've downloaded it but still can't don't know how to embedd it with my web application.
OK, i use php and currently creating a little cms with fckeditor as the text editor, i know there is a php file in the install folder, but when i uploaded the folder and view the php file absolutely nothing was showing up.
Pls all i need is a step by step installation of this wonderful package.

Hey there,

I am having the same TYPE of problem, but with ASP, in that I have no idea how to use this thing

I can enter text--and then view it--but it does not save anywhere. Does anyone have a good manual/resource I can read?
