locall files src wont work?

Hi!
For some reason my editor returns a locall src for my images and flashfiles and etc once I have used the filebrowsers that comes with the editor...(it says C:/.... or F:/... and etc..)
but if I change the locall url to a http:// url it all starts to work...so my actuall question is...first of all, have I configuered my CKEditor wrong?...All the BrowserURLs and the BasePath are pointing to locall paths..
and 2:nd of all...if this isnt the porblem, then where can I find the code-line that posts the file I have choosen from the fileBrowser to the Editor itself?
