is it possible to make the editor default two columns

Is it possible to configure the CKEditor to have two columns (like floating divs). Have done this with the template button, but wish it to default to this and to not allow the client to accidentally delete the columns set up and if I use the templates button they can still do that. I am using CKEditor in Wordpress. I could use two instances of the editor, but I prefer to use only one.

I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who knows if this can be done.
