Is it possible to list all folders and files

Using CKFinder through CKEditor when I click on 'browse server' the folders listed on the left are; files, images, flash and basket, I have another folder within the directory that was uploaded via ftp that does not show, can I change any settings to force CKFinder to display everything that exists within the folder?
