You should be able to do this without much work. Output your code to a temp file with VB and then edit that. If you want to get fancy you can embed and ActiveX IE window into a form for doing the editting.
When done editing read the file and save it into a table. If you import into a access form text box you will not have to use "" for each quote on the insert query.
