install: asp.net - just jput .dll into /bin nothing more ?

Hi,

I've tried to install FCK on asp.net 3.5 C#. According to the install guide I only need to put the FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll into the bin directory nothing more.
At the same time on the download page also mentions that: Attention: The main code is not included in this package, just the ASP.Net Control. You still need the FCKeditor scripts to be able to run it, so download it too (the first link in this page).

I do not really understand how to proceed. I just copied the dll to the bin directory wrote a sample page according to the description and I get a 404 error: Server Error in '/siteroot' Application. (siteroot is my root directory for the website).

Could anyone help me out ? Actually I just created a bin directory do I need to enter anything somewhere so that the dll-s ar found ( I am a newbe at asp.net).
