inserting hyperlink tags into a database

I've got a piece of content with some link tags (eg. <a href="www.link.com">Link</a>) in.

Can you see my problem? The " and the other ". Yes replace them with " but then next time I open that record from the database in fckEditor, it looks link this... <a href=""www.link.com"">

Any brilliant ideas? Thanks!
