inserting CKEditor in Home Widget

I'm new at WordPress and in creating websites. I want to use CKeditor in my Home Widget but there doesn't seem to be anyway to insert it. If I drag over the standard Text widget into the Home widget it's just the basic properties. It only shows up if I add a new page. Can anyone help? Thanks
