I'm having issues setting the uploaded files to a specific directory. No matter what I use in the absolute path doesn't work. Whenever I figure that out does anyone know how can I delete the directory 'image' that's automatically generated? Thanks.

Re: /image < remove for file upload?
I had an issue setting my image directories until I realized there is more than one file that has the setting.

Re: /image < remove for file upload?
Also, at the bottom of the page you may need to change the paths there as well. I customized mine to upload into the path above, but into the proper /media/, /image/, /file/, folders for all types of uploads (quick upload and the other method).
This is my modified code starting at line 123 in config.php (right after the comments, the last block of code)
See if doing those changes work for you. Remember that for the top code where I put "/yourpath/" you need to change that to the path you want. If you put the slash (/) in the front, that means it is starting from your root folder and not where the config.php is located.
