image not show

hello,
when i click the insert/edit image, image properties windows pop up, i can browse server image,

but when the image on the server is selected, preview area does not show the image preview,

after i click ok button, no image display as well. See the attachment screenshot..

Any one can help me??? i am using drupa+fckeditor
