html errors (</o:p>)

We have been building up a new marketplace for the last couple of months, and have decided to opt for ckeditor as our main web text editor to be implemented.

However, we have noticed many problems from users who are cutting and pasting descriptions from other marketplaces and complaining about html errors in their descriptions (see attached screenshot). I have tried to explain to them that cutting and pasting will not always work, can someone tell me if there is a solution to the problem or a more technical explanation I can give them, because I am not 100% what the problem is.

I am also attaching the html code of the attached screenshot below of a listing description which one of our users has sent us to test:

I have tested the same html on http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/tryit/full.php , which another text editor which seems to output the html fine.

CKeditor, or its member, please help! Thank you.
