Hello to all
I used fck editor which I found very handy.
But when I try to insert an image only the relative path appears e.g. 'upload/image.jpg' instead of 'http://www.abcde.com/upload/image.jpg'
So when newsletter is send using the editor no image is sent to the email address.
Anybody has idea?
Waiting for your reply.
Thank You

Re: how to insert full image path into the editor
Man, read the docs & previous posts, thats the best way to learn, rather than answer the same question others may be prefer to just ignore your question.
concerning your problem read this http://docs.fckeditor.net/FCKeditor_2.x/Developers_Guide/Configuration/Built_in_File_Browser#Using_the_File_Browser_outside_of_FCKeditor
Re: how to insert full image path into the editor
THE section in the DOCS that referencing it is:
Returning Full URLs
Reason I didn't find it is because it should say "absolute" not "Full URL" IMO.
Thank you
Re: how to insert full image path into the editor
Isn't there a Setting or swtich to turn on or off instead in FCK settings, I couldn't find one. There should be an easier way to supress it, I am using it to edit EMAIL's that go out, it needs absolute referencing.
Thanks
Sean

Try messing with that file, seeing if it works.
