There is no automatic upgrade
There is no automatic upgrade, like the official guide at http://docs.ckeditor.com/#!/guide/dev_upgrade_fckeditor_2 I recommend that you simply rip out the old editor and install ckeditor from the start.
Helping might be fun, but since all the comments and even function and variable names are in a language unknow to me, it will be difficult. Can you give out the URL where a developer might see this page in action? Next time you buy or develop an app, I recommend using english everywhere in the backend because it's such a common langauge for developers and it's easier for others to join and help in developing.
