For an unknown reason, some users running Firefox 3.0.10 are having code injected into the editor. The code shows up as follows:
<div id="refHTML"> </div> <input type="hidden" id="gwProxy" /><!--Session data--><input type="hidden" onclick="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" /> <div id="refHTML"> </div>

Re: gwProxy / jsProxy code being embedded into posts
Do you have the problem with your computer, or have you just seen the modified code?
It's important to be able to test with someone that has the problem, and the steps are start in safe mode and verify that it works correctly, then start enabling the extensions one by one.
Re: gwProxy / jsProxy code being embedded into posts
Disabling the addon, restart FireFox, no more erroneous code!
Re: gwProxy / jsProxy code being embedded into posts
Even if you managed to fix this by configuring your Firefox, how do you expect your web site users to know that and "fix" their FF.
looks like it is inserted each time you toggle the editor to text mode.
May be it is time for the FCKeditor team to tell us where this js is coming from.

I agree with layoric:
I also disabled the Browser Highlighter addon, version 1.0.14907 and the problem gone.
It's good to find the reason, but it's now the time to find a solution as we cannot disable that addon on every visitors' browser.
And from what I found in their FF addon page, that addon will be installed with Skype without user knowledge.https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11808
I googled "Browser Highlighter" and I found these pages, and I thought its good to share it with all:
