Thank you for confirming that the bug with the ckeditor plugin (wordpress 3.0) occurs with firefox also. (it's possible this is a wordpress issue. It occurs on other wordpress sites using ckeditor.)

update: I've turned off threaded/nested comments as the easiest workaround.
