Hey folks, I'm having a problem with form submission in IE using FCKEditor. I previously had it working to my satisfaction. Its broken now and I don't know why. I'm pretty frazzled so it could be something basic. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have a stripped down asp.net page now with a form
There is also a Page_Load method that is supposed to deal with the submission. It never makes it that far though. When I hit 'Save' an error occurs in the FCKSaveCommand.prototype.Execute method. The execution flow reaches the code (line 148)
For some reason the guard of the if returns false and the else clause is executed. This causes the error as oForm, which looks like an array in the debugger, has a submit function (no submit property with a click method). This is not detected by the guard in the previous line...
Anyone can enlighten me? Thanks!

Re: form submit
When I remove the ScriptManager, the correct submit() function is called. I think I need a scriptmanager in my project so this might be a problem. I did a quick search for scriptmanager related issues on the forums, nothing caught my eye on first glance but quite a few posts were returned so I'll be taking a closer look. Any help still welcome.
Re: form submit
In Firefox the FCKSaveCommand.prototype.Execute function works fine. The problem only occurs in IE where the test of equality between typeof(oForm.submit) and 'function' returns false because typeof(oForm.submit) returns 'object'.
Re: form submit
and the submission happens without an error but the contents of the fckeditor field are empty...
