flash not working

Hi,

I am using the latest FCKeditor for my drupal 6.10 site ..the site is for non profit org.
I planned a flash in my front page but I find problem uploading flash using fckeditor.
The flash button is not working.I mean that I have the "browser button option" and I upload the flash file from sites/default/files/picture ....I get the flash but no preview.

the source after upload looks like this

What should I correct to make the flash work....please someone help.
