filemanager dislays errors

hi everybody,
a problem in my filemanager .. an error box appear with the folowing message :

In the error box they say that there is a problem in www/UserFiles/flash/ .....etc, but my directory is /UserFiles/Flash/ or Image,Media,File
Last week it worked perfectly but know it bugs, and i did not make a upgrade or change anything..
