fckeditor.js missing from tarball

Hi

I just downloaded a copy of FCKeditor (for my Drupal 5.7 installation) from this address:

I installed it in the drupal-5.7/sites/all/modules/fckeditor directory, and Drupal recognizes it, but says that it's missing the fckeditor.js file. I checked the directory, and indeed, the file is missing. It wasn't in the tarball either. Then I downloaded fckeditor 2.2 from http://www.fckeditor.net/download instead, and installed it in my drupal-5.7/sites/all/modules/fckeditor directory. This download did have the fckeditor.js file, but then, for some reason, Drupal didn't recognize the module at all. What to do..?
