fckeditor refresh in firefox

For example, if I make changes in fckconfig.js and try to reload the page in firefox after changes, no changes will be displayed. In IE ctrl + F5 helps but not in firefox. How to refresh?

nothing changed. I added a new toolbar to fckconfig.js and after many ctrl-shift-R's comes still a alert message 'No "my_toolbar" exists'..

Try using ctrl-shift R on a windows pc and command-shift R on mac os-x

This seems to be a common problem with firefox ... I have to clear the cache after changing any JS file.

An easier way is to use the web developer plugin and disable the cache when modifying and testing js files.
