fckeditor dialog occasionally does not work in IE7

I have FCKEditor on my webpage and sometimes when I click the fck_image or fck_table or fck_specialchar icon, it will not fully load the dialog... I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.

Has anyone seen this issue? Can someone help?
