Re: fckeditor with asp.net 2.0
I kept getting a server error 500, but nothing else on the page was breaking, and everything in the installation/configuration seemed fine. (I ended up re-installing everything a couple of times...) So I finally ran the test page and got a yellow screen for a web.config error. It seems that I added System.String in the namespaces area, but the error reported that System.String is not a valid namespace (yeah - I knew that... but put it in for some unknown reason). So I took out System.String and tried the test again: all was fine. I went back to my original installation location and everything went fine there too. Oddly enough, .NET didn't bark at me for the namespace issue.
One note - in case you get to this point and uploads still aren't working: instead of using the Upload tab on the image pop-up box,try staying on the first tab, click "Browse Server" and use the upload functionality on that larger pop-up.
Let us know if something works or doesn't work. Best of luck to you and best regards -

Re: fckeditor with asp.net 2.0
My problem is now with inserting an image into the editor. The source code is pointing to the correct file path but only placeholder shows not the image itself.
I think I did all the necessary amendments mentioned in the documentation but to no avail.
Here is the source code of an image I've tried to insert: ><img class="" alt="" src="~/UserFiles/Image/Stu_portals.jpg" />
Anyone can help?
Thanks
