fckEditor successful installed, but how can I change the sty

I've successful installed fckeditor. But now i have 2 little problems I cant solve.

How can I change the style of my fckeditor?
I think there is a prameter or something available, but I dont find it :/....

$oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor('text') ;
$oFCKeditor->BasePath = '/fckeditor/' ;
$oFCKeditor->Value = $out['text'];
$oFCKeditor->Create();
