fck where do i start

Just finding this forum off the sourceforge site was impossible or otherwise too time consuming. I went instead to google the fck forums. Why are all these open source projects so replete with obtuse navigation.

I downloaded fckeditor, now where in the list of downloaded files does it indicate which one I actually use to open the program?? I see all sorts of extensions such as clk or whatever. So where is the simple exe or start here file??
