extra quotation marks

FCKEditor adds additional quotion mark which prevests it to show images and links properly. This extra quotation mark disappear when the form is submitted. How can I prevent it to add these quotes. Here is the code that I copied from the code view.

<img width="800" height="600" src="“/UserFiles/Image/MyPics/Winter.jpg“" alt="““" />
