error messages?

Hi there, I'm having a hard time with fck. Hope someone can help me.

Whenever I try to upload an image to the server "Image Properties>Upload or Image Properties>Browse Server>Resource Type (Image)", it keeps popping up this error, "This file uploader (or connector) is disabled. Please check the "editor/filemanager/connectors/php/config.php" file. I have set the $Config['Enabled'] = true; in the config.php and uploaded it to the server. Am I missing another step or it just a case of cache, as I have cleared my cache/cookies everytime I refresh the browser to test the fck.

Please help.
