In a new install of Apache on a new computer, with EDI NetBeans6.9.1/ Win 7 64 bits, trying to use ckeditor 3.4.1 sample,emoticon toolbar button do not open any icon list. As I suppose it should, witch verification should I test to overcomme this problem?
