I'm running a drupal 6.6 site and I've got the fckeditor installed and working. I've also installed the codefilter module.
When using the fckeditor and using the Style 'Computer Code' (from the style dropdown box) it inserts a

for every line which is not what I want. The codefilter module creates a block (kinda like the quote module) for everything between

so you can have nicely formatted code using css.
If I tell fckeditor to go to source mode I can manually format it and things come out correct but if I have to re-edit fckeditor puts

and a bunch of
within that messes up codefilter.
What I'd like is a button on fckeditor that starts a code block by putting the html
on its own line and a code end button (or maybe just clicking the code button again, like a switch) that would put a html
on its own line. fckeditor would not place any html inside of the

it would just consider it preformatted.
An example would be to prettend I'm writting this line in fckeditor then I hit the hypothetical code button

some code
more code
more code (then I hit the end code block button)

and now I'm back to writing in regular mode of course I wouldn't see the

tags. Is this possible?
