does anyone know another text editor ?

hello guys,
umm, i'm wondering if there's another text editor that have same functions like FCKeditor ?
could somebody help me please ?

I'm currently studying FCKeditor, and i need to compare it with another similar text editor.

Try ActivEdit... much easier to use and less bugs.

I've been using activedit for years and love it, but it doesn't have as many features and so am contemplating switching to this, but this installation is a bear! Reason I was thinking of switching is because activedit doesn't work on a Mac unless they have the latest OS.

I can recommend pinEdit: http://www.pintexx.com/

It's much cheaper than the activedit and seems to have all the bells and whistles. It seems quite platform agnostic, too.
