this does NOT work

Well I cant seem to get fck to work AT ALL. I downloaded it, unzipped it, and went to the _test folder and clicked on test.html. I get a page that has a lot of "the page cannot be found" links. I tried renaming directories, editing paths, etc, nothing works. How do I get fix that?
