does 2.6 run in php4? edito height?

hi,

i'm new here. just installed fckeditor on to my local xampp and it works great.
but the text editing section height is too short, how do i increase the height?

also, after setting up and tested, i moved over fckeditor to my web server, all the codes are not changed but when i try to open the page, the editor does not appear. it shows that 'the page can not be displayed' error

please advise, coz my server is still running on php4, is it the cause?
